Single-Trade Services
Direct Access is a new service offered through The Renovation Co-op, and is designed to enable homeowners to deal more directly with over 28 types of Single-Trade Service Providers.
All participating service companies and/or individuals are licensed & insured, and have been fully vetted by The Renovation Co-op. Each member-service provider has been assigned to an exclusive area that matches the client’s postal region and the selected type of service.
